When I started out, I read all the self help and success books I could lay my hands on: everything from classics, such as ‘Think and Grow Rich’ to ‘Ultra-Psychonics’. I trained in every personal development course, technology and personal enhancement system I could find and having achieved all kinds of success in life, I went on to develop and teach my own synthesis of all of these methods to help others in turn to achieve their goals in life.

But you know what?
The real secret may be simpler than all of this put together.
All you need to do – is take one little positive step forward, every day.
Stop for a moment and think about this:
If every day you did one positive thing towards any one of your goals in life, you would be improving your life in that one way.
In a year, that is 365 steps forward.
You are not limited to one positive thing – you can do more, whenever you want – just make sure that you do at least one a day. Sooner or later, you can and will achieve your goals and keep moving forward into a happy, healthy and satisfying future.
This probably seems obvious and simplistic – it did to me too, but the point is: Do you actually DO this? We all know you climb a mountain with one step and then another and another. We know the theory.
From today – start taking action – take the step and the next day take another and you will reach the top.
