BA Honours Philosophy and German; MA in Counselling; Silva Method BLS, Ultra and Supermind Certificates; Further & Adult Education Teacher's Certificate with NVQ Level 4 in training and development; Diplomas in Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Crystal & Gem Therapy. Susanna is a Reiki Master, NLP Trainer and Level 4 Design Human Engineer.
