Bronze Dragon International - Training Mindskills for the Future
General Bronze Dragon FAQ
Why Bronze Dragon?
The name Bronze Dragon comes from Anne McCaffrey’s science fantasy series about the dragons of Pern.
I was looking for a unique name for my company, and one that would suggest a great logo.
My original business was IT Training and Services and I’d researched all the clever permutations, boring my long-suffering friends. Finally one said - “You like dragons, how about that - it’d make a memorable logo.”
If you want to know more about all the positive, strong, powerful and “good” qualiities of dragons I had in mind, check out Anne McCaffrey’s website http://www.annemccaffrey.info/ or start reading her books with Dragonflight.
Payment/invoicing etc.
We accept payment with most credit cards or by cheque or money order made payable to “Bronze Dragon.”
Payments from businesses can be arranged by BACS - contact us for our company bank details if you wish to pay via this system.
If your company is paying for you to attend one of our public training programmes, and you’d rather receive the bland ‘corporate image’ “BDI Training” invoice rather than our regular Bronze Dragon one with the dragon logo, please let us know and we’ll gladly oblige. - Apparently some companies accounts departments have queried whether their employees are ordering oriental bronze artefacts or magical items, rather than top quality training products and seminars !
Course descriptions, reviews and testimonials
It seems strange to me to have to write this – but it has come to our attention that some other training companies ‘borrow’ course descriptions from other training sites and use ‘artistic license’ in creating reviews and testimonials for their courses, so, in order to make clear our own ethical policy:
Bronze Dragon course / workshop and seminar descriptions reflect the actual course content, that we shall deliver. The descriptive text arises from our own creativity!
Bronze Dragon course reviews and testimonials are the actual words, received in writing, from course attendees, used with their permission. The only changes are to any spelling or grammatical errors in the original communication.
