Bronze Dragon environmental awareness policy :
We have been looking at our environmental impact, as a business and as individuals, and are in the process of making changes to minimise our impact to the environment and to improve our operations.
These are the actions we currently take – listed by way of offering suggestions to other businesses / individuals:
- Recycle cardboard for packaging
- Recycle padded envelopes
- Recycle print cartridges
- Recycled paper and envelopes used as much as possible.
- Paper and glass to recycling banks
- Low energy light bulbs where possible (some light fittings not yet suitable)
- Water savers in toilet cisterns
- Communications by email where possible, to save paper.
- Office paperwork, memos etc. printed both sides
- ‘A’ rated office fridge.
- Modern, efficient central heating boiler, regularly serviced
- New heating controls and thermostatic radiator valves on all radiators
