CRYSTAL HEALING AND COLOUR HARMONY WEEKEND

Overview:

Crystals, minerals and gemstones in their many beautiful colours and shapes, are delightful to touch and hold, to wear as jewellery and to adorn your home.  They also have amazing energetic properties to bring healing, harmony and balance to people and to their environment.

This weekend is an opportunity to explore, experience and learn more about crystal healing, colour therapy and feng shui, in the company of a wide range of crystals, minerals and healing stones and under the guidance of experienced Crystal Healer and teacher, Susanna Bellini.

The weekend provides a framework, within which you can safely explore, practice and develop your interests further. It is also a chance to discover whether further training in any of these areas is right for you.  One route is to continue to Crystal Healing certificate training with Bronze Dragon.

Course Outline:

• Ways of choosing quartz crystals, tumbled and rough minerals and gemstones for yourself, for others and for different purposes.
• Caring for your crystals - cleansing, dedicating and energising them.
• Exploring different ways of working with crystals for personal healing, rebalancing, meditation, journeying and energy massage.
• Exploring how crystals can enhance the ambiance and energy of homes, offices and outdoor spaces.
• Developing awareness and sensitivity to crystalline and mineral energies through meditation, visualisation and practical sensory-based exercises.
• Introduction to energy fields: the aura and chakras and how crystalline energies beneficially affect these energy centres.
• Introducing and experiencing the effects of colour on mood, health and wellbeing, how colour is used in crystal healing and how to use colour to enhance yourself and your environment.
• Experiencing energy properties of a variety of minerals and gemstones.
• Dowsing and balancing chakras using a crystal pendulum.
• Meditating with crystals and experiencing crystalline consciousness
• Creating sacred space

Who is this weekend for?

Anyone who appreciates the beauty of crystals, rocks, shells, minerals and gemstones and would like to explore other ways in which they can enhance your life. 

You may be someone who has always collected shells and stones from the beach or countryside walks.  You may enjoy wearing crystals, precious or semi-precious stones as jewellery, or you may already be drawn to discover the healing properties of crystals and gemstones.  You may already have a collection of stones, you may have looked them up in crystal books, you may be interested in healing, crystal healing or feng shui – or these subjects may be completely new to you.  This course is equally suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience who want to know more.

Entry requirements: None. No prior training or experience is required.
